hi I m a female 36 and 350 pounds I know I gained weight but lately I feel I can t breath just walking.Around the house I loose breath and I was scrubbing my self in the bathe room I feel out of breath my chest feels tight and one evening I felt like I couldn t breath small grasp for air I use my daughter albutaral machine then was better but I haven t had ashma in a long time it feels different tight chested and out of breath could it be my heart or blockage

Yes it is because of over weight also. You should do ECG, TMT test, and if you gain this much weight suddenly, then check thyroid profile also.
