What Causes Excessive Weight Gain Around The Stomach?

I have gained a lot of weight over the years, mainly carrying in abdomenal area, I am preparing for my 4th cystocelle and probably 3rd rectocelle, can all this be due to the hanging belly and extra weight I carry? I am 5 1 and weigh 230 lbs, I cannot balance myself anymore, I fall forward quite frequently. I am afraid I am going to break bones I am 72 years old..could this balance problem be cause from my big belly?

It is morbid obesity. Consult a bariatric surgeon and get evaluated. You can opt for procedures like liposuction.
