What Causes Excessive Weight Loss Along With Severe Fatigue?

hi my friend can not walk, he has not been diagnose with really any thing, what I see is he lost 55 lbs in 4 months, weak , lethargic, falls down , foot PAIN, numb, weak extremeties,,swelling legs, sensitive, skin deteriation,flaking, ,,has justgiven gabapentin 100 mg, he is a smoker , n is a moderate drinker, drs want endoscopy?, colonoscopy, good where do you go from here,,,,,

Excessive weight loss may be due viral infection or may be due to auto immune disease consult your physician he will do investigation to rule out exact diagnosis.
