What Causes Excessive Weight Loss While On Simvastatin?

I am taking simvastatin 5 mg daily and fluconazole 200 mg once a week. Have been experiencing weight loss the past few months, I am eating normally but look horrible, no body fat left, pants falling off due to no butt, it is completely flat! Could these medications cause me to lose weight and body fat? Have taken simvastin 4 years now and fluconazole almost one year for toenail fungus.

Hi, I think simvastatin is causing such severe weight loss. It is a hypolipidemic drugs which also results in weight losd. Get a lipid profile done. If not required, uou can stop simvastati. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
