What Causes Excruciating Headache, Vomiting With Low Appetite?
i have had an excruciating headache for over 2 days. i have vomitted 3 times. i have no appetite. i was freezing yesterday with teeth chattering and shaking i was so cold and wearing 4 layers inside. then i took some ibueprofen and i proceeded too sweat for over 3 hours. my heart was beating rextremely fast for hours. i couldnt fall asleep because of the pounding in my ears and my heart was so fast. for about 3 hours. im extremely achy especially my neck. i just became homeless and im living in a shelter for the last 3 weeks today. i have no insurance. i have already applied it just hasnt been long enough i guess.

I would recommend going to the ER for a careful physical exam, a chest Xray study and some blood lab tests( complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate).

Meanwhile, I would recommend taking plenty of water, closely monitor your body temperature and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for the pain or fever.
