What Causes Excruciating Left-sided Pain In Lower Stomach?

I have the worst pain in my lower left side of my stomach. Painful to walk, hurts when I cough or put any kind of pressure on it. I'm also very cold and have no appetite. When I walk it feels like something is jiggling or moving. What could this be?? Should I be really concerned?

Hello
You mention that you are having excruciating pain on the lower portion of left side , this may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Urinary tract system calculus ( stone ) ,diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of kidney and other organs .
2 If you are FEMALE this pain may be due to ovarian ( if your age is around 23 years ) . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of ovaries .
3 Urinary tract infection ( UTI ) diagnosis can be confirmed by urine examination ( culture ) .
4 If this pain is for prolong time may be due to cancer in colon .
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion because physical examination as well clinical examination is important in such cases.
