What Causes Excruciating Pain On Right Side Of The Stomach And Testicles?

My boyfriend woke up 2 days ago with excruciating pain on his right side, stomach, back and testicle area. His face and lips became numb a few hours later while I was taking him to the hospital and he kept feeling too hot, then too cold. They took a urine sample to detect whether he had kidney stones, but today they said the test came back negative. He s taking some medication right now, but I m really concerned as to what might be the cause to all of this?

Hi.
The pain yo described - the excruciating in the right aide with normal urinalysis is suggestive of a right Testicular Torsion. He needs urgent ultrasonography and color Doppler examination of the scrotal area and surgery to reverse back the torsion to save testis.
