What Causes Excruciating Stinging Pain Radiating Through The Arm?

I am 57 yrs old. When I reach back for something or other such movements, a terrible stinging pain goes in my arm (right one). It lasts few a few seconds and really hurts. I had bursitis in my left shoulder years ago and had to go to a physical therapist for six months. This pain feels the same but is in my arm, not my shoulder.

I really appreciate your concern, the pain may not be due to the history of bursitis, if it the infection then it needed to be managed with antibiotic, if you have not taken anti-biotic then better to have it and try to maintain the good posture, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
