What Causes Exhaustion And Constant Pain In Kidney Region?

I just had a cystoscope to check my bladder, prostate, and kidneys. Reason for this test was blood in my urine and shadows on my kidney. I am in constant pain in my kidney region and feeling sick and exhausted. Test was done one week ago. Should I go to the hospital?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

With a history of cancer, I suggest you visit your doctor and get it examined again. It can be due to infection or might be related to your medical history. Do not panic. To know exactly what is the reason, after careful examination your doctor might suggest to get some diagnostic tests done. Tissue sample of the swelling might be taken for it or an imaging study m get be performed. Also, do not miss follow ups. Regular follow ups are necessary.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
