What Causes Exhaustion, Drowsiness And Lack Of Focus?

Doctor, I m in bad need of your advice! This my last year at high school,I feel that I m extremely exhausted.I can t focus,I started to have a headache most of the day. Now,I sleep more than usual.Before this I visited an oculist he told me that I ve problems with my eyes,but I think there something bad with my eyes.

Please visit an eye doctor for your case, spectacles. According to your sight can help in your case and examination with eye instruments is needed, (eat healthy fresh fruits and juices, steamed vegetables and amla, aloe vera, basil etc., antioxidants and multivitamin for a week) vitamin B12, folic acid levels can be checked too and neurologist opinion can be taken.
