What Causes Exhaustion, Severe Stomach Pain And Diarrhea?

my daughter has been sick on and off for 2 years. Always told it is nothing. Went to Dr. a few weeks ago and demanded testing. she came back with a low IGA (27), anemic and and ANA of 1:640 or higher. Now we have to see an immunologist, gastroenterologist and a rheumatologist. Does this sound like Lupus? I am scared and she is exhausted, cranky, has severe stomach pain and diarrhea, constant MRSA and sinus infections, chest pain and allergy symptoms!! Still can t get into the specialists for several weeks
