What Causes Expansion Of Nasal Bone?

hii....i have a severe breathing problem because of the enlargement of nasal bone[tissue]so i went for the surgery but after a month or two it started again,so my dr.said that my bone has swollen up or have expanded..so pls kindly guide me a remedy or cure for my breathing problem
