What Causes Explosive Bowel Movements After Eating Mango?

My daughter is 23 months old. Yesterday she did not eat her usual portion at meal times but was constantly passing wind which I thought was due to constipation. Today she repeated it again not eating at meal times but was constantly snacking on breadsticks and had some mangoes for breakfast instead of muesli. Immediately after her consumption of mango she had an explosive poo. This afternoon after her nap her cheeks were flushed and vomited. We ve given her fluids to replenish.
