What Causes Explosive Rage, Seizures And Memory Issues?

i'm 53 yrs, I've been doing construction on very large jobs, large casinos, super markets, malls and so on. On and off for yrs, times I/we would walk on a job where there would be (sometimes) up to 3-5 ft of smoke stuck under the Roof Decks, 10, 20 , 40 ft in the air i/we would get on some Gas equipment framing , hanging drywall to framing ceilings, that in clued many other trades.
To get to my point:
I have some times explosive rage, breathing, memory, to name a few, Seizure is another. The reason i mention Seizures last is my Twin brother had them before he died (unrelated) .Now I can name 5 persons around my age with simular symptoms. I also believe there's been men who been exposed who have probably died BY A SILENT DEATH if you can understand my concerns.

Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this:

1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [Neurologist] and to confirm do few investigations like [MRI scan and check carbon monoxide level in your blood].
2) If confirmed discuss with your Doctor about [hyperbaric oxygen therapy].

Do follow few preventive steps like this:

1) Install carbon monoxide detectors where you work.
2) Open the garage door before starting your car. Never leave your car running in your garage.
3) Use gas appliances as recommended.
4) If you have a fireplace, keep it in good repair. Clean your fireplace chimney and flue every year. Keep vents and chimneys unblocked during remodeling. Check that they aren't covered by tarps or debris.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
