What Causes Extra Heart Beat While Having Atrial Fibrillation?

Hi I suffer with atriel fibrillation .i have had a cardiac ablation about 5 years ago but in the last year it has come back but with a differnt beat this time it no longer flutters .before I used to feel faint and my heart rate was very high ..today my heart is beating fine but there is a constant extra beat which is uncomfortable I feel fine I'm just starting to worry I'm going to have a stroke maybe ? I really appreciate your concern and looking to your history given here I could say that extra beat actually well detected in EKG and this may not be felt by patient unless this very severe kind of conduction defects, even if you feel like that then this need to be taken seriously and need immediate attention, have a nice day.
