What Causes Extra Tissue Growth In Nose Causing Difficulty To Breath?

Hi am Pranathi,my friend daily suffers a lot with the nose problem,which causes no breathing,pain,extra skin in the nose,blocked nose,infection.Is it called Nasal Polyps? If it is,can u help me how to get rid off this and is it necessary to go to a surgery?

well, ur symptoms seems to be nasal polyp.do u have asprin allergies or so?
even if it is nasal polyp surgery is not only treatment... u can use nsal steroid spray preferably fluticasone
