Hello, I have a problem which bothers me since many months already. After the use of laxatives for a month and a half (abusively)(I have taken any since 7 months) , I noticed that I loose weight and then gain it back extremely quickly, even in a few hours. If I spend a few hours exercising and not eating, I loose some weight, especially in the face, and then gain it back a few hours later. That is when it is most noticeable. But this can happen any time. I imagine it cannot be fat that I am loosing or gaining so it must be water. I thought it could possibly be a electrolyte imbalance, but a blood test confirmed that I had regular electrolyte amounts in my body. I am low in Iron and vitamin B12, though. I would just like to understand what is happening. I do not like to see my body changing so quickly.Thank you very much for helping me understand! Isabelle
