What Causes Extreme Cold Sweating During Night?

good evening, im 27 years old and every night for the past month im waking up in the middle of the night with extreme cold sweats, im so wet its like ive just come out of the shower. I have changed my duvet, to a light summer one, i leave the window open and only sleep in a pair of shorts yet still the sweats continue. i wake up in the morning now more tired than when i went to bed

what other symptoms do you have like any fever, cough, chills or weight loss?
Are you on any drugs for diseases like hypertension or diabetes? Do you have thyroid related diseases?
