What Causes Extreme Dryness In The Eye After Cataract Surgery?

I was prescribed physician grade fish oil (4 a day) after experiencing chronic dry eye after cataract surgery. Have been taking about three months now. Just recently have experienced a red rash on my neck only. Trying to figure out what is causing it. I'm a 67 year old female in good health and only take Toporol XL for blood pressure, which I've been taking for ten years or more. Could it be the fish oil?

it is like chord liver oil and it contains vitamin a. itis recommended in night blind ness andxerosis. recomandation after eye surgery like cataract can apply refresh eye tear drop
