I have been extremely exhausted, sleepy during the day. When I sit down in the evenings I fall asleep while using my laptop. I have sleep apnea and received several emails last month that my mask had an ill fit and 1 telling me the requirements about using the machine, which I use every night. I left messages several with my Sleep apnea doc. but haven t heard back. My dreammapper report looks okay to me. My norm was about 5 hours sleep. I would head to bed about 10:30 - 11:00pm and asleep by midnight and up at 5:30am. For the past month I ve been taking up to 2 vivarin a day. I went to the doctor last month and she did blood work to check b12 and thyroid. The nurse called and told me the only thing that showed up was I had had mono recently. That way a big surprise. I am diabetic but my sugar has been okay when I ve checked. I work full time and take care of my 81 year old Dad, I need my energy back. I can t get thru church without a vivarin. I get sleepy at work and twice almost went to sleep with a customer in front of me.
