What Causes Extreme Exhaustion During 38 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I m 38 weeks along with my first child and this past week have experienced such extreme exhaustion, even staying awake 3-4 hours is a lot. I have been having period like cramping , but nothing I would think out of the ordinary. Why would I be so exhausted now?

hi, exhausion might be due to dilutional anaemia or might be ur haemoglobin levels may be low , and cramps what u says s normal in last trimister so no need to worry about that if u have unbearable pain do consult gynaecologist they will put u on medication other wise no need. .
