What Causes Extreme Fatigue Along With Hair Loss And Insomnia?

Is there any dx ( other than thyroid issues) that encompass EXTREME fatigue... Dry skin...unable to lose weight.... Insomnia..... hair loss.....my tsh has been checked more times than I can count .... Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.... I am so frustrated....
