What Causes Extreme Fatigue Along With Headache And Dizziness?

My husband has been feeling extremely tired the last few days. Recently, he developed headaches, dizziness, tingling sensation in the finger tips and toes along with chills. He suffers from high blood pressure and takes meds. He does not have any neck pain or any other body aches.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, you must first get your husband's blood sugar tested. Also, check if his BP is maintained.
Multivitamin and mineral deficiency cause severe weakness, among these, Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D are very common.
Weight management, along with diet rich in veggies will also help.
Smoking abstinence, moderation of alcohol and soft drinks is advisable.

Take care,
