Hello,

Your symptoms are mostly due to fibromyalgia, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, acute cholecystitis and biliary colic, diverticulitis or gall stones. You can take a tab. Cyclopam for pain relief. Please consult a physician for a thorough clinical examination and any tests if necessary. Only then we can arrive at a specific diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
