What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Breathlessness While Climbing Stairs?

for the past few years it has been harder and harder for me to walk hills ... I m even winded going up a flight of stairs or just recently went to a wedding and one fast dance winded me.. and most the times my legs feel fatigued. I had a physical in January and a stress test which cam back normal.. I m worried that something is wrong.. Where do I start to investigate this issue .

it is dyspnoea on stress. cardiac involvement is mainly suspected. ECG can be taken and second opinion from cardiologist can be taken. can gofor echo cardiogram.exclude hypertension and diabetes. diabetic hypertensive profile can be done.
