What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Difficulty In Waking Up In The Morning?

Hi I m a 46 year old female, I m 5 2 126 lbs. I am extremely fatigued, no energy, hard to wake up or get up in the morning, While I m at work I struggle with bouts of trying to keep or stay awake. I just recently had a lot of blood drawn, everything was came back great! Thank God! Dr. gave my an allergy shot (hoping it s just allergies) but it s been 4 days and I still feel fatigued. I m getting nervous.

Hi welcome to HCM...

Basically your only complaint is fatigue ...

You have not mentioned which report you have done ....

In case of malaise and fatigue following report done .......
1.Blood HB level
2.Blood vitamin B12 level
3.Serum calcium level (free ionized calcium )

If anemia present than iron and multivitamin tablet can be given for that ....

If calcium is low than sachet given taken with milk .....

If still cause not clear than your physical examination done and accordingly investigated with LFT, RFT as needed. ....

Take healthy and balanced diet with more fruits ....
