What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Frequent Headaches?

For the past week, I ve been experiencing extreme fatigue. My sleep schedule is regular and I consistently get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. My eyes constantly feel heavy and gritty. I also have frequent headaches. These symptoms started they day after returning from a 5 day trip to San Francisco and Napa Valley. I visited my GP on Tuesday and a complete blood workup was ordered. Everything came back normal. I was also screened for Mono and that test was negative.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to migraine.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the headache.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest to see a neurologist and take prescription painkillers.
I recommend using Triptans which are prescription medications to treat migraines.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
