What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Joint Pains While On Epitec?

I was diagnosed with epilepsy in October 2016 and am on anti seizure medications I had five grand mal seizures but the medication epitek 100milligrams is controlling them. I now have extreme fatigue and pain in the joints. I also have frequent urination and the panty liners are always stained a pale pinkish brown. I do have a neurogenic bladder as well. I cant get to a Dr because I have no transport and the clinic is too fat to walk.Please advise thanks
