General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I have read your query carefully & understand your concern.
Fatigue /exhaustion can arise from array of conditions like-
- severe anemia, Vitamin B12 or vitamin D deficiency, thyroid problem, liver/kidney problem
-Anxiety or blood pressure medicines,
-eating disorders, psychological disturbances,
* You need to consult a physician for detailed physicsl examination followed by investigations to pin point the cause of the fatigue--
This will help in advising specific treatment.
Specific treatment of the cause will relieve you of cause. Accompanied by healthy life style will offer you good health/enthusiasm/ sleep.
Thanks.
