What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Tightness In Throat?
Feeling constantly tired and fatigued. I sleep well but I wake up tired. There is also a tightness of the throat. I work out 3 to 4 times week. Not overweight. Did not gain or loss weight. Would these symptoms be due to anemia? Thyroid?
