What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Excessive Sweating, Nausea And Headache?

I have extreme fatique,sweating (for no reason) nausea/vomiting, extremely exhausted, headache and my feet ane keep cramping in the arch of my feet. I had a stent put in my heart 5 yrs ago, take plavix , an blood pressure pills. This has been going on for 48 hours plus....any ideals? YYYY@YYYY
