What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Muscle Pain And Fever Symptoms While Suffering From Fibromyalgia?

I have been struggling with extreme fatigue lately. I also was told that I had fibromyalgia since I get horrible body aches, in my muscles. I feel feverish with no fever. I am now starting to feel pain in my bones as of lately. I know I can tell the difference between pain in my bones and muscles, so that concerns me. I am only 29 years old. I have also notice some petechiae (sp?) on my body. Not a whole lot, but they are there. What should I be concerned about or ask my Dr to look for?
