What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Vitiligo With History Of Pernicious Anaemia?

I was diagnosed with pernicious anaemia when I was 26, I m now 50 and am struggling with extreme fatigue, I work 29 hours a week and all I do when I get home is sleep I ve also developed vitiligo which I know is nothing serious but it s all becoming a bit depressing and I just keep crying
