What Causes Extreme Fatigue While Suffering From Chronic Infection?
I have a Monocytes(Absolute) 1.1 H 0.1-0.9 (x10E3/uL) and have been extemely tired to the point of sleeping 9 - 12 hours a night for the past four months. Im in my sixties and worry I have a chronic infection that hasnt been found. What should I tell my Dr. and what tests might I need?

You can investigate with chest x-ray, blood culture, CRP estimation and urine routine microscopic examination to rule out the source of infection.
Usually malaria, a tuberculosis-like infection has to be ruled out also.
It's advisable to investigate with peripheral smear examination report also.
I suggest you consult physician for detailed evaluation.
