What Causes Extreme Fatigue?

I am a 51 year old woman who has been in great shape until about the past year now. I am 5 2 tall and now weigh 123 lbs. I used to run about 2 miles a day and felt great. the past year I seem to be just too tired to do almost anything.... go to bed early, wake up tired and could sleep at any time during the course of my day?????? frustrated......

You have problem of extreme fatigue and tiredness that may be because of anemia problem.

Do your blood test for further diagnosis.
Hormonal change also cause this type of symptoms. Menopause may ruled out.

Thyroid problem may cause tiredness.
Check your thyroid hormone level also .
