What Causes Extreme Fluctuations In Blood Sugar Levels?

Hi Sir or Ma am. My fasting blood sugar ranges from 99-113 (I m diabetic). I take Metformin 1000mg twice daily. My blood sugar after eating lunch today was 190. Now, it s 78 after I just some ate some yogurt and I suddenly started urinating a lot, like 3 times per hour, feel very fatigue, and so on. Any idea if the low blood sugar is dangerous?
