General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult an endocrinologist and get evaluated.

We have to rule out other causes for hyperglycemia as in case of hormonal imbalances.

High dose of insulin is required to control the blood sugar.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
