Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic

I went through the history you have provided and it seems like you are having headache associated with nausea.
Headache with nausea is seen typically in migraine headache. The treatment is by use of antiemetics and analgesic tablets.
If it does not respond anti migraine drugs like ergot alkaloids are required. If the episodes of migraine are recurrent, then prophylactic drugs are required for treatment of migraine.

Do consult your doctor for prescription of drugs after confirmation of diagnosis by examination and appropriate tests.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Hope this is helpful yo you.

Thank you
