What Causes Extreme Itchy Bumps On The Arm?

Good Evening, I am extremly itchy upper outer lt arm . It began several weeks ago above my elbow with what feels like thick chicken skin, raised bumps, white n color close together, now it is so itchy ! it has spread down to my elbow, with a few bumps on the inner side to my wrist. The wind from a fan on it makes it extemely itchy! I have taken benedryl tablets and rubbed in benedryl ointment, It is helping some, I hope it isn t lupus!

eg:lthink this is herpes zoster it affect anatomy of nerve and itchy so take antiviral ointementioned and antiviral tablet and vitamin B complex
