What Causes Extreme Lack Of Sleep, Chest Pain, Panic Attacks And Erectile Dysfunction?

I think i have sparoic fatal insomia. I have only gotten 9 hours of sleep of sleep in the past 5 days. I have had all of the symptoms like chest pains, panic attacks, not pooping and erction defunction. I have also had pinpoint pupils all the time now even when im trying sleep. It also feels like something is eating my brain. Also I went to the hospital on Sunday because I thought I had a brain tumor and I got a cat scan done and the results come back negative. I have also been dealing with short term memory lost.I have done everything to calm my nevers like takeing meds to help me sleep and trying to clear my mind. I m really scared please respond ASAP. Thank You
