Hello,

This is a complaint that can happen sometimes after cataract surgery. During the procedure, the Iris is manipulated, and one of the functions of the Iris is control of the amount of light entering the eye. Thus can sometimes make it harder for it to return to its normal size, or it can be slower to react to changes in light conditions. In my experience, sunglasses with good UVA and UVB protection help with the symptoms.
