General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What symptoms you are describing about yourself is probably caused due to 'anxiety'. This could be precipitated due to extreme pressure and work load at your work place.
Kindly get your blood pressure and ECG done as a basic evaluation of your cardiac activity.
In case it is normal, then you need to keep yourself physically and mentally fit, which would overcome your problem and keep them under control.
Practice regular exercise by going for brisk walk daily for 30 minutes. Also do relaxation techniques and meditation regularly to keep your mind calm and composed.
Eat healthy foods and improve your fluid intake.
You may require anxiolytic medications and for that you need a Physician evaluation and its recommendation.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
