What Causes Extreme Nervousness, Nausea And Excessive Sweating?

Yesterday I experienced extreme nervousness, nausea, uncontrollable sweating (which is a little common for me in most situations), sweaty palms, and the feeling that I was about to burst into tears. I did a little research before this consultation but couldn t pinpoint anything, please help.
