What Causes Extreme Pain And Shaking In Hands With High BPM?

I have a undiagnoised autoimune disease they think is lupus.i have a new problem now where if i try to do anything that intails lifting my arm ie: folding laundry..hanging a shower curtain my arms become extremely weak and shake and there is a lot of muscle pain last night i tried shoveling a small area heart rate went to 160 bpm bp 152/100 legs and arms shaking and started coughing which was like a bronchitis type cough with clear mucus no previous cough??
