What Causes Extreme Pain In Abdominal Area And Vomiting Sensation?

I m in sever pain from my stomache to my bowel and I can t eat or it gets worse I throw up whole food it s not digesting it feels like something is moving inside me and it s tearing through me it hurts I feel like I have to poop and I can t I m vomiting in pain I was having the runs then it just stopped like my body created a dead stop plug

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of extreme pain in abdominal area and vomiting sensation . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome , lactose intolerance , giardiasis or intestinal Ileus. Need not to worry. Take ibuprofen or acetaminopehen for pain. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history. Doctor may prescribe laxative , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. Take plenty of water. You should eat light and non spicy , avoid food like seafood and nuts. You should take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down.
