General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The pain may be related to renal colic or muscle spasm. Such pain occurs in some people without any obvious cause.

If you are fine, you didn't need to worry. However, if the pain recurs, or you have a fever, urinary symptoms then it's better to get a scan done to rule out any stone in the kidney, after proper assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
