What Causes Extreme Pain In Right Testicle?
I woke up this morning with extreme pain in my right testicle in particular. I have vericose veins in my scrotum but mostly on the left side. Not sure if this means anything or maybe I just hurt myself in my sleep. Either way, it scares me so if there is anything to worry about please let me know. Thanks for your time

This needs evaluating since you may have a torsion--twisting--in the testicle or an infection like epididymitis. You need an exam, urinalysis, and a sonogram of the scrotum
