What Causes Extreme Redness On The Face?

I frequently have one side of my face and ear become extremely hot and red. So hot that the stems of my earings have to be removed. Yesterday this moved to the exterior part of my left upper arm (left side of face was what was red). Of note: my neck and shoulder were not hot.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the nonspecific one, but some time it may be age and gender related like it can be due to menopause, hot flush could be the cause, second in either or male and female it could be due to stress and if so then it is nothing to worry, just be patience it will be alright hope this information helps.
