What Causes Extreme Sartorius Muscle Cramps In Left Leg?

I have exreme sartorius muscle cramps in my left leg. My foot turns blue and I start sweating. I need to cool my foot down to help, drink water and then urinate. I have been given quinine 300mg but have migranes & tinitus now. I have hypermobility in all joints and flat feet from rolling ankle. Could the muscle be taking too much of my weight or should I be looking at a chemical/protine imbalance? Since taking Quinine I have hard finger nails (always been soft before).
