What Causes Extreme Sensativity To Smells With Labored Breathing And Hot Flashes?

What causes extreme sensativity to smells? Not just being sensative but also respiratory labored breathing, increased body temperature, hot flashes, and even start to taste the smells. This is extremely overwhelming and disableing and takes over my whole body. Extreme reactions to everyday smells and even from a distance. Example: if someone 50 ft away i can smell there shampoo or perfume etc. Had a tooth extraction years ago in the rear upper molar thats when it started. Also have an enlarged turbinette and a deviated septum. Also thickening of the ethmoid sinuses and fluid in the left osicular ventricle of the ear. Lung ct and xray showed small nodule most likely from previous infection or injury. Also now the nose is involuntary twitching fast around the bridge area. Saw a neurologist for other neck issues and they did a brain scan with no serious results. All blood tests normal, thyroid etc. Behind the eye/trigeminal nerve pathway has pain in all areas also. The denist went crazy with the novicane needle and all facial chhek glands are painful. Is it possible a gland was damaged or a hole was made in the sinuses? and would it show on an xray or ct? maybe an infection? But all blood tests were normal
